CAP SPARTEL HOUSE
Maison Cap Spartel is located near the Natural Reserve of Cap Spartel, Morocco.
The house is built on a thin stretch of land which is reflected in the elongated shape of the building. The exterior is almost monumental on one side, with a considerable difference in height, yet discreet and seamlessly integrated with the surrounding nature on the opposite side.

THE VILLA OFFERS STUNNING INTERIORS: MOST NOTICEABLY A LARGE OPEN LIVING ROOM WITH AN INCREDIBLE SKY LIGHT THAT TAKES UP MOST OF THE CEILING AND MULTIPLE DINING AREAS BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS WITH A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF EXOTIC PLANTS.
The natural surroundings are a fundamental aspect of this project: where possible we limited the felling of trees, and many parts of the building are shaped around shrubs, such as the façade, the entrance and the main room overlooking the swimming pool.
