HAUT-PONT HOUSE
In a beautiful “Maison de Maitre” located in the charming neighborhood of Brugmann, in Brussels, LABSCAPE Studio has transformed a townhouse into a home inspired by a modern eclecticism.
The removal of one of the entrance wall allowed for the creation of an open living area on the ground floor, featuring a raised conversation platform adjoining the dining space and kitchen.

This is the detail of the living room, with a zoom-in on the organic fireplace we designed in the context of a global restoration of the entire single-family house.
THE CHIMNEY IS ENTIRELY PURE AND WHITE, SYMMETRICAL AND DYNAMIC SHAPED, ITS VOLUME ACTS LIKE A BIOMORPHIC SCULPTURE INTO THE ROOM.
The bookcase retains classical qualities, while the components give the piece a modern character and functionality.
The horizontal and vertical elements, the graduated shelves and the continuous vertical frame give the bookcase an element of perspective that accentuate the scale and architectural character of the piece.
The TV romm is a monochromatic space combining different tonalities, textures, such a velvet, wood and accessories. The result is a sophisticated aesthetic with cozy and dramatic effect.
The Kitchen: . we used warm and eclectic materials: glass, brass, walnut wood mixed with fresh colors such as aqua green, and black & white terrazzo flooring.

THE BATHROOM WITH CHROME FIXTURES AND GLOSSY WHITE SUBWAY TILE IT IS ENRICHED BY A VINTAGE CABINET CUSTOMIZED TO ACCOMMODATE A WHITE PORCELAIN SINK.
THE NOSTALGIC MASTER BATHROOM WITH CHROME FIXTURES, GLOSSY BLACK & WHITE SUBWAY TILE CREATE AN ORIGINAL PATTERN REMINISCENT OF THE BLACK AND WHITE MARBLE MOSAIC OF THE FLOOR.
